I was able to cut the bamboo though I did not know IAINUKI. The knife that I used is CYU-S-DLC. There was no knife-edge nick after use.
Cutting of hemp rope
The hemp rope was cut 780 times continuously by SHIN-ZDP. Sharpness has only decreased slightly.
Dried bamboo cut.
The knife used Beetle-DLC. There is no nick even if the dying bamboo is cut and beat. This strength doesn't permit other follows. <>><>><>>
