ROCKSTEAD knife

This model was minor changed of the HIGO JH model. In this model use titanium handles with DLC. Also, it makes two different handle finishing. A shiny finish (S) and A matted finish (M). The YXR7 material is very durable that after cutting and chopping through dried bamboo and cutting through a Manila rope more than 350 times, this blade is still able to slice cleanly through sheet of paper. This knife has a blade edge angle of 30 degrees near the half, and 25 degrees near the tip eith one continuous, gradually reducing angle connecting them. This reducing blade angle is a Rockstead's continueing pursuit of superior sharpness. This is a durable knife with strong cutting capabilities that will last for a long time.
